Due to the high volume of requests for medical advice/care through pictures or samples being brought in for testing without the pet, we are implementing a telemedicine fee to help cover the cost of the staff it takes to offer these services. Telemedicine will only be available for pets who have been in for a physical exam with a doctor within the last six months. Telemedicine may not be an option for all pets and issues, even if your pet has a current physical exam. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis. The fee will be $20.00 and will cover the time a technician or doctor takes to assess pictures or test results and determine appropriate medications if needed. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Please Note: We will be closed on Saturday, October 5th.
