Dr. Tammy Lons
Owner, Veterinarian
Dr. Lons started Tekonsha Animal Hospital PLLC in the fall of 1996. Dr. Lons and her husband John have one son. They have many four legged family members which include Finn, Bentley, and Armani who are chaperones at the hospital on a daily basis.

Carla joined our team in September 2020. She moved to Michigan from North Carolina in 2014. Carla and her husband Tim have one son and one daughter. They share their home with 3 cats, Peaches, Fat Albert and Rona. In her free time, Carla enjoys watching her kids play sports, shopping, and time with family.

Denise joined Tekonsha Animal Hospital in June of 2023. From a young age, Denise knew she loved animals. She enjoyed being raised on a small farm and showing animals for 4-H. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family.

Hunter joined our team in August of 2022 after graduating from Homer High School. He likes to spend time with his boyfriend, family, and friends. In his free time, Hunter likes to be outdoors, watch movies, cook, and read. Hunter plans to enroll at KCC in the fall for general studies.
